Nick is the founder and CEO of the Gibraltar Stock Exchange (GSX)  which he successfully launched in 2014. Nick has over 30 years capital markets experience in developed and emerging markets including five years as the Global Head of Equities for ING Barings. The GSX Group is at the forefront of actively exploring the opportunities that exist between traditional capital markets and the new technological paradigms, together with the promise of the blockchain to reimagine new business models.  


Félix Moreno is the current CFO of Xapo. He previously worked in banking and consulting and is a well-know personality in the European Bitcoin scene. Xapo was founded by serial entrepreneur Wences Casares in 2014 with the intention to safely store Bitcoins. Furthermore, Xapo offers the use of a debit card for an underlying Bitcoin account that can be used everywhere Visa is accepted.

As a real estate developer, Jakob has experienced the many obstacles and hidden costs of traditional investments in the financial sector. He believes in the disruptive power of the Ethereum Virtual Machine and is convinced that the decentralization of the financial markets is unpreventable.


Anthony specialises in corporate, commercial and financial services matters and also advise on matters of sports law, intellectual property, e-commerce and telecommunications regulation. He is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and was called to the Bar in England & Wales and the Gibraltar Bar in 2005. He is a member of the General Council of the Bar in England & Wales and in Gibraltar.


Jane is the CEO of Shellcoin and Skyledger (China) and a well-known Chinese angel investor and entrepreneur from Shanghai who was an early investor of Alibaba, UT Starcom and VIPS (NYSE listed company). Jane founded Shellpay in 2015 and as CEO is in charge of strategy, fundraising and team building. Before Shellpay Jane was Chief Strategy Officer for Circle Pleasure Corporation, CEO of Shanghai Wall Street Strategies Advisors, and CEO of China First Music. Jane has a Masters from Georgetown University,  MBA from Harvard. and a BA from Fudan University. Her company Shellpay was selected by Dubai Futures Accelerator  for their 2017 Spring program and they are now working with Immigration office to develop Blockchain solutions in Dubai.


 Ransu Salovaara is the founder and CEO of Tokenmarket - a marketplace for tokens, digital assets and blockchain based investing where you can research and invest in tokenized assets, launch a crowdsale for your project and give backers a tradeable digital asset. He's also the founder of BitcoinETI, and CEO of Revoltura, a Gibraltar based company specialising in creating and marketing publicly traded, EU passported, disruptive investment products that bridge professional investors to bitcoin. 


 Angel Versetti is the CEO of Ambrosus, the blockchain ecosystem that assures quality of products. Prior to Ambrosus Angel was the Founder of Versetti Ventures a VC Advisory Firm that became one of the pioneers of cryptocurrency investing. His earlier career was at the United Nations, where led projects and research at UN Trade & Investment Division, UN Nuclear Disarmament Committee, UN Department of Technology & Industry. He also worked at Bloomberg, World Resources Forum and Google. Angel is a regular speaker on technology, innovation and global development, having spoken at over 100 premier events, including Vatican, Davos, Paris COP21 and others. Angel has great interest in blockchain, artificial intelligence and space industry. 


Brent is the CEO of WaveCrest Group based in Gibraltar. Wavecrest provide award-winning digital payment solutions to corporations and governments worldwide. WaveCrest Holdings Limited in Europe is a regulated e-money issuer and a principal member of Mastercard and Visa EU. 


Kriya is an experienced Financial Services Executive based in Gibraltar, originally from the UK, specialising in payments, card services and IT. Adding value by utilising the experience gained over 19 years in a number of financial services sectors ranging from card outsourcing and sponsorship services, payments, IT Services and Project and Business Management through to Board level senior positions, all designed with business improvement, profitable growth and efficiency in mind.


Darren has been an active member in the cryptocurrency world for over 6 years. Currently he is the CEO of Blockchain Technologies Consulting and CEO of Blocksale. He has created his own cryptocurrencies, consulted on over 100 cryptocurrencies, exchanges, and bitcoin atm companies. He has also marketed and advertised to the industry for many different projects. Darren has consulted major banks and large enterprise level companies on the implementation and use case of integrating blockchain technology into their business operations. Currently he has amassed a large network in this industry due to his years of being involved and has access to a multitude of connections that ensure projects and ICO's have an expedited progression. 


Siân heads COINsult, the regulatory compliance consultancy focusing on virtual currencies and distributed ledger technology that advises fintech startups, governments and enterprises. She also leads the European Digital Currency and Blockchain Technology Forum, a public policy platform helping EU policymakers and legislators shape sound policy and regulation. Siân is a member of ISO’s technical committee on DLT and sits as an expert on its Security & Privacy and Smart Contracts study groups. She also sits on BSI’s national mirror committee, techUK’s DLT working group, and the Financial Markets Law Committee DLT working group. 


Jay was called to the Bar in England and Wales and Gibraltar in 2010. He is a member of the Middle Temple. Jay is a member of the Corporate & Commercial and Financial Services teams.Jay was called to the Bar in England and Wales and Gibraltar in 2010. Jay has developed a strong reputation as an expert in the funds area and regularly advises prospective funds, investment managers, insurance companies and banks on licensing requirements and regulatory, operational, passporting and distribution matters. Jay is a former member of the Financial Services Commission’s Funds Panel, which was a body created for the purpose of acting as a first point of consultation with the industry. He was elected by his peers to the executive body of the Gibraltar Funds and Investment Association (GFIA). Jay played an integral role in drafting the National Private Placement Rules and Small AIFM Rules in Gibraltar following the implementation of AIFM Directive. He was instrumental in drafting the revised Experience Investor Fund Regulations, the creation of Gibraltar’s alternative investment fund (AIF) regime and the amendments to Gibraltar’s private fund legislation.

Fraser Brown is Founder and Chairman of the ACT Foundation, Zug, Switzerland. ACT is decentralized funding platform for activism. It aims to empower citizens globally to drive the change we need to see to take us to a sustainable future. An engineer by training and an Irish Olympian he is a serial entrepreneur with experience in multiple sectors but mainly software. Since 2010, he has focused on supporting global conservation institutions and governments with innovative financial mechanisms to tackle climate change, food security and biodiversity. He is Strategy Director for the Climate Smart Lending Programme that supports smallholder farmers in Africa, and he is a mentor with Yunus Social Enterprise.
